My therapy journey has been largely led by the parts of me that needed attention and healing.

This journey has been one of remembering and reclaiming.

It has also been one of deconditioning and grieving.

Ultimately, it has been a journey of showing up for myself again and again in humility, surrender, and love.

Showing up to have a more alive, pleasurable, and intimate experience of this beautifully messy human life.

I am constantly inspired by the courage of all my clients to show up for themselves and I am honoured to walk alongside them.
